Adranks is a product of AB Echelon LLC ("Adranks," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the website at adranks.com (the "Site") and through the Adranks advertising-management service (the "Service"), and how we use it.
1. This website
The Site does not have user accounts, sign-up forms, advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider may process standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs to deliver and secure the Site. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and we use it only to reply.
2. The Adranks service
Adranks manages paid advertising for businesses that authorize it to access their advertising accounts on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads and YouTube, TikTok, X, Reddit, Snapchat, Pinterest, Microsoft Advertising and streaming-TV ad platforms. The Service is currently in early access.
When a business connects an advertising account, we access:
- Account information: ad account IDs, names, currency, time zone and the access tokens the platform issues to us. We never see or store your platform passwords; you sign in through each platform's official login screen.
- Campaign data: campaigns, ad groups, ads, creative assets, budgets, targeting settings and their status.
- Performance data: aggregated reporting such as spend, impressions, clicks and conversions.
- Business results: where a business chooses to share them, its own sales or sign-up totals, used to check ad performance.
3. How we use this information
- To create, manage, test, pause and report on advertising campaigns on the business's behalf, within the budgets and rules it sets.
- To produce reports and recommendations for that business.
- To keep the Service secure and to comply with the law.
We do not sell this information, use it to build advertising profiles of individuals, or share one business's data with another business.
4. Google and YouTube data
Adranks's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Adranks's access at any time in your Google account permissions.
5. Service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, data storage and email delivery. They process information only on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep connected-account data only while the account remains connected and as needed to provide reports. When a business disconnects an account or asks us to delete its data, we delete it within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law. See our data deletion instructions.
7. Security
Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shown to the AI systems that operate the Service. Spending limits and sensitive actions are enforced by a separate system that requires approval. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
8. Children
The Site and Service are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Your choices and rights
You can disconnect an advertising account at any time from the platform's own settings, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete information about you by emailing privacy@adranks.com.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
