These Terms govern your use of the website at adranks.com and the Adranks advertising-management service (together, the "Service"), provided by AB Echelon LLC ("Adranks," "we," or "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Adranks helps businesses manage paid advertising on third-party platforms: planning tests, managing campaigns and budgets, and reporting results. The Service is in early access and may change, and access is by arrangement with us.

2. Your ad accounts and spending

• You authorize Adranks to act on the advertising accounts you connect, within the budgets, limits and approval rules you set.
• Advertising charges are billed by each platform directly to you. You are responsible for those charges.
• You can pause the Service or disconnect an account at any time.

3. Your content and compliance

You are responsible for the products you advertise and the content you provide or approve, and for complying with each platform's advertising policies and applicable law. We may decline to run ads we believe break a platform's policies or the law.

4. Third-party platforms

The Service depends on third-party advertising platforms and their APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, policies, decisions or charges.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service for unlawful, deceptive or harmful advertising, to get around a platform's restrictions, or to interfere with the Service or anyone else's use of it.

6. No guarantee of results

Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We don't guarantee any particular result, return or cost.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and AB Echelon LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for advertising spend or lost profits, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or suspend or end the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
